Sportsmen Wary of Obama Admin Hiring Questionnaire (Click Here For More)
The incoming Obama Administration appears to be throwing cold water on job applicants that own firearms.  In a questionnaire for potential new employees, question 59 should send shivers up the spines of sportsmen.

HSUS Calls for National Lead Ammo Ban (Click Here For More)

The Humane Society of the United States wasted no time trying to take advantage of a recent study from North Dakota regarding the possible dangers of consuming wild game harvested by lead ammunition.  On November 10, HSUS issued a call for the nationwide banning of lead ammunition after the release of the report by the North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH) that had been conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  The USSA has already issued a statement that deflates key arguments made by HSUS.

PETA Calls on Arizona Governor to Ban Hunting for Those Under 18 (Click Here For More)
On November 11, PETA sent a letter to the Governor of Arizona, Janet Napolitano, urging support of legislation that would ban hunting by anyone younger than 18 saying that that hunting teaches “children to see others as nothing more than living targets.”
