Adult Training Opportunities

hosted by Girl Scouts of Concharty Council, Inc.

Outdoor Journey
(GSCC Outdoor Skills 1 & 2 qualified)
Friday, April 11, 6 pm-Saturday, April 12, 7 pm
Camp Robert Lewis , GA
Cost: $20 for adults and girls 14 & older / $15 for girls 13 & younger.
Adult price: Saturday meals (breakfast, lunch, supper), Outdoor Skills 1 & 2 fees, and supplies.
Girl price: Saturday meals (breakfast, lunch, & supper) and supplies.
Note: Friday night supper is on your own.
Who: Adults and girls 14 or older may take the training. Daughters, (1st grade to 13 y/o), may attend this event ONLY when accompanying a registered GS parent volunteer who is taking training. All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Minimum age: 1st graders. / Max Participants: 12 adults.  Please note that participants will be tent camping overnight.

Wilderness First Responder
(American Red Cross Wilderness First Aid Basics certification and Wilderness First Responder by Wilderness Adventure Associates. Meets requirement for GS Level 2 First Aider.)
May 9th, 9am - 4 pm
10th, 9am - 4 pm
16th, 9am - 9 pm (to facilitate a night drill)
17th, 9am - 4 pm
Attendance on all 4 days is required.
            There may also be assignments to be completed during the 5 day gap between the 10th and 16th.  Participants must already have a current CPR card. 
Cost: $75 (Includes: training fees, certification, book, and lunch each day.)
