Who says you can’t go back?   In this video series, Tink Nathan of Tink’s® scents transports us back some twenty years ago, to a time and place when things in the world were different.  Long before airport security checks, long before the South Pacific became a tourist hotspot and way before hunters were packing video cameras into the field, Tink was Down Under, chasing water buffalo, gators and kangaroos with his archery equipment and camera in hand.

A Hall of Fame bowhunter, Tink has certainly earned his place in the history books.   Becoming the first bowhunter to complete the South Pacific Grand Slam 15 and the first bowhunter to ever take the introduced Yellowstone Elk species in New Zealand, Tink has certainly paid his dues and earned his position in the Hall of Fame.

Tink’s Adventure Vision Video series rolls us back to a time when the camo looked really funky, the archery equipment was heavier and video equipment was big and bulky. Tink’s passion for hunting and his vast knowledge of all aspects of bowhunting and his impressive knowledge of the species he is hunting shines through in this series.  Very few of us can say that we have video documentation of what we were doing some twenty years ago.  But Tink does, and now after two decades he has put together an excellent video series of some of his exciting hunts from around the world.

While the Crocodile Hunter from Down Under was still in diapers, Tink was exploring the backlands of beautiful Australia.  From the sacred aboriginals grounds where he stalks several world class Asiatic Water Buffalos, to the northwest coastal regions where the beauty is unsurpassed, Tink takes us on a journey that only a few have even considered going on and now we can sit at home in our easy chair and follow along in this enjoyable video series.

The Pacific Grand Slam DVD offers the viewer a glimpse into stalking water buffalo and making an incredible heart shot, and sneaking up on a sleeping kangaroo; Tink captures the Pacific Grand Slam right before your eyes.  Watch as Tink buries a broadhead between the eyes of a feral goat in New Zealand and as he takes down a Sika deer that is in a full out run.  The viewer also gets a glimpse of Tink’s deer urine being used to draw in a bachelor group of Red deer a half world away, proving that Tink’s® scents work just about anywhere.  Another video in this series is “Bowhunting Caribou, Eskimo style.”   In this video, Tink takes us on a journey along with a first time female bowhunter Dennis Laux, to the beautiful Ungave region of Northern Quebec.   Trekking across the tundra in search of world class caribou is captured on this nearly hour long DVD. Tink and his videographers will transport you right into the thick of the action and at times you might even fill a northern wind blow in your face as you’re riding in a handmade Inuit canoe while searching for caribou or while fishing for trophy Char.  This DVD offers the viewer a chance to follow along in pursuit of a world class caribou trophy with a bow and arrow.  Tink shows us a real good time as he fulfills his life long goal of becoming one of the world’s most successful bowhunters.
