Dan Walker Productions, a video production company based in Lewiston, Idaho, announces the release of their newest video "Field Dressing Big Game", an instructional video designed to teach hunters the proper method of field dressing, skinning and quartering deer, elk, or other large animals.

Clint Rand of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game guides the viewer through a step by step process, explaining how and why each cut is made and the best way to make it. This is a professionally produced video using two cameras to show both tight and wide shots of each step of the process.

This video is endorsed by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.Dr. David Knotts, Executive Director of the International Hunter Education Association, has placed Field Dressing Big Game on the association's preferred video list. This video will also be reviewed in the winter issue of the Hunter Education Journal.
