Beth Ann is a professional retriever trainer, conservationist, writer and public speaker. She and her husband own and operate Deep Fork Retrievers,
Oklahoma
’s oldest and largest hunting retriever kennel and producer of numerous master and Grand Master Hunting Retrievers. She writes for many publications and speaks nationally, has had several television appearances and has won various awards, fellowships and scholarships. A hunter for 15 years, Beth Ann has harvested upland game and big game including bear.
Beth Ann hails from the
University
of
Oklahoma
with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Major in Finance and has been involved with the WomenHunters organization since 2002, most recently on the Board of Directors.
“I am excited about Beth Ann’s appointment as Executive Director” says outgoing Director Linda Burch who plans to re-enter the WomenHunters Board of Directors as President in 2009. “I first met Beth Ann at an Outdoor Writers Association of America conference several years ago and she really typifies the integrity, experience and professionalism that we want and need in our leadership” said Burch.
