Fellow bowhunters & shooters, I am pleased to announce the Midwest 3-D Archery Tournament is scheduled for March 19 & 20, 2005 to be held in Cole Camp Missouri. The proceeds from the benefit shoot will go to the WomenHunters Organization to help cover costs of printing the newsletters, annual expenses and will help with the annual funds for the disabled hunts and youths!
We have sourced out several sponsors who have been very generous in their donations of products, hunting packages, equipment and much more . . . . . we are estimating at this point around $25000 in prizes and products to be raffled. We feel that that figure may rise as the increase in attraction to the event starts spreading. We will be advertising this event through several sources of media- newspapers, flyers, radio and the internet. If you build it . . . . they will come!
Ladies and the men who support us . . . . make plans now to attend the weekend event and raise the bar for our organization. The entry fee is $15 for the 3-d tournament and make sure you bring a little extra along for we are raffling off 2 Mathews Bows (one mans and one womans) along with many other items, as well as food and beverages will be available. We need your presence there to make our organization known and express our dedication to the hunting industry. We are still looking for product donations to be awarded as door prizes and such- so if your sponsors or companies would be interested in donating please contact Lisa Cooper (660)-473-9049 or lisa-cooper@womenhunters.com. We will keep everyone posted as new information comes in- but mark your calendar and come for what is sure to be one of the larger 3-d shoots ever in Missouri! Your support and contributions are greatly appreciated.
