this may load slow...
Here I sit up in my tree,
No deer in sight, oh woe is me.

I’ve scouted hard and here I’ve found,
Scrapes and big rubs all around.

The stand was placed with lots of care,
The deer won’t know I’m even there.

I practiced yes and so I know,
Straight and true my arrow will go.

My broadheads are sharp, my bow is tuned,
I know my prey is surely doomed.

My camo’s clean and aired out right,
Smells or odors I do fight.

The wind is right that is a must,
So my position they don’t bust.

And just in case I have to say,
I’ve drenched myself with Scent-Away.

I’m ready now I’ll have you know,
I hope I see more than a doe.

I wish I may, I wish I might,
Have a big buck in my sight.
