Ethical Standards (Unacceptable Behavior Policy)
It is the policy of the WomenHunters HOW Mentoring Program and WomenHunters Organization that unacceptable behaviors will not be tolerated on the part of mentors and protégés while participating in the mentoring program.
Unacceptable behaviors regarded as incompatible with the WomenHunters Mentoring Program and prohibited while participants are engaged in mentoring activities:
- Unwelcome physical contact; inappropriate touching and/or physical assault
- Unwelcome physical, verbal or behavioral mannerisms that show hostility, aversion or disrespect to an individual
- Any demeaning behavior of either a sexual or non-sexual nature
- Intentional violation of any local, state or federal law
- Disregard for proper safety procedures during hunting or a hunting related activity
- In possession of or under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance
**Any unacceptable behavior will result in immediate termination from participation in the mentoring program**
