IBS Raffle
Hunt with Herman and Judy Kovar
The IBS is now selling raffle tickets for a hunt with Herman and Judy Kovar on their private farm in western Illinois. The hunt will take place in late October 2002 for a 3-day weekend. The winner will stay in the home of the Kovars. Meals will be at the local restaurant near the Kovars home. Winner is responsible for cost of meals, hunting license and placing their own treestands. Winner also agrees to not hold the Kovars or IBS responsible in any way in the event of accidents or any other loss. This is not a guaranteed hunt but a fair chase hunt on the farm where Judy Kovar has killed several Pope & Young class whitetail bucks. All proceeds go the general IBS fund. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Winner will be drawn on April 30th.
