WomenHunters Pro Staff Guidelines

Pro Staff positions through WomenHunters are applied for in a written statement of intent and/or personal request from the ProStaff Coordinator, President or Executive Director of WomenHunters. The Pro Staff is not a paid position and may be terminated at any time. Pro Staff applicants are required to have been on staff with WomenHunters for at least six months prior to submission of application.
As a member of the WomenHunters.com Pro Staff you have been selected to represent women hunters everywhere to the best of your ability. You must uphold a positive image of hunters and the ethics of good sportsmanship. You are expected to always abide by all hunting laws and regulations. You are expected to hunt ethically. You are expected to be a positive role model in your community. You are expected to share your love of the outdoors with others. You are expected to stay at the top level of your hunting skill.
***In addition to the regular requirements for the staff you will also have these responsibilities:
1. One additional article per year about a specific hunt in which you have participated or in which you accompanied another person.
2. One Field test or research report on a new product each year.
3. One small article for the newsletter entitled "tips from the pros."
4. To represent and publicize WomenHunters.com at local events and shows whenever possible.
5. Any hunts that you would coordinate-publicize WomenHunters.com and your involvement. We are working towards offering hunts on which our ProStaff can represent WomenHunters.

7. A letter of intent should include the following:

- A. Your goals as an outdoors woman and for being on WomenHunters ProStaff
- B. Your past outdoors and hunting experience
- C. Your opinion on hunting in fenced in areas and over baited areas.
- D. List of any pro staff positions you currently hold and/or sponsorship commitments.
- E. Why do you want to join WomenHunters Pro Staff?
8. You are expected to positively represent our sponsors to our pro staff unless your commitments were made prior to your application and arrangements have been made with the Pro Staff Coordinator.
We would like to stress that being selected for the WomenHunters Pro Staff means that you are expected to represent WomenHunters in a positive, ethical way.
Please specify on application if you are applying for Pro Staff or International Pro Staff.
