Kathy Tylen My name is Kathy Tylen and I am from St. Clair MI. I finally arrowed my first whitetail doe with a bow at 25 yards in the Michigan woods. After the shot the doe only made it 35 yards. I can't begin to describe the feeling of accomplishment and the emotions I felt because of my family pride in my persistence to finally arrow a whitetail. |

Linda Carrozza Hello, my name is Linda Carrozza I have been hunting for three years now (bow only) and have had some good success. With the help of my husband Lew & step-son Sam, I have learned that I could also be a hunter too. My husband introduced me to the sport three years ago, give me a bow for my birthday and with Sam & Lew giving me the finer points of archery I soon became a decent shot. Lots and lots of practice. |

| Lou Ann Weisenstein I took this buck with my Browning Compound Bow, November 7th, 2003. He came in behind my ladder stand at 4:30 pm and I was fortunate to be able to take a good shot before the sun set. He ran down the hill and dropped right beside the road so when my husband and neighbor came to help me transport this beast home we only had to drag it a few feet. This is my first Ohio Big Buck, scored by my husband at 156 5/8. |

Brenda Valentine
Writer This fine specimen of a Mountain Lion was taken with Clark Fork Outfitters in Clark Fork, Idaho. The hunt will air this fall on Whitetail Adventures with Brenda Valentine on the Men's Channel. This is for sure a challenging hunt but I recommend this professionally run outfit for any of you ladies looking for a good, clean, family atmosphere along with some serious hunting. For the hunt I used my Parker Ultra-Lite 31 bow. The cat was 7ft. 2inches from head to tail. |

Theresa Baior
Writer Harvested in Sept 2003 in Northern Quebec. I was using a Renegade bow set at 52 lbs. The scenery there is right out of the pictures of Canadian Tundra. My first Caribou came in with 2 other bulls. He was the smallest of the 3 but I selected him due to his solid white neck which indicated to me that he was a mature animal. |
| Theresa Baior Writer Also harvested in Sept. 2003 in Northern Quebec, again with my bow - it became a challenge just deciding which one to select - as we had been seeing several thousand Caribou. This Caribou came in with 15 other bulls. I selected him since he had a double shovel and nice bezes. |

Jenn bowhuntressjenn Kansas "I harvested this whitetail buck on 11/25/01 in Kansas. This is my first whitetail harvest with a bow. I used a PSE Nova Bow, set at 36 pounds, with carbon arrows tipped with 75 grain Muzzy broadheads. He only ran about 100 yards. It was a hunting day I will never forget!" |
| Mary Cannon I harvested this buck in 2001 on our lease in Glendale Texas. This was only my second year to bow hunt. He approached my tree stand from the backside and was quartering away from me. I had to turn halfway around to take the 10 yard shot and since the arrow went through the heart, he only went approximately 40 yards and dropped. |

Carol Mauch I took this typical whitetail on the morning of Oct 6, 2001. He came into a decoy for a 10 yard shot. It weighed 220lbs field dressed and scored 134 1/8 P&Y although it had over 14 inches of deductions. I used a Bill Stewart custom compound bow at about 45 lbs, using no sights or releases. A bear razorhead did the job as it only ran about 100 yds before going down. You'll notice I have a cedar branch in his mouth. It is to honor the buck in the European way of giving him his last meal. |
